1. (Low) airfare is guaranteed only up to 91 days prior to departure

cancellation by 2 persons in a double room or 1 person in a single room before:
91 days prior to departure – refund 100%; 61 –
90 days – penalty of 15% (off the total trip cost, including the airfare);
31-60 days – penalty of 25%; 8-30
days – penalty of 50%; 7 days or less –
penalty of 75%.
3. Trip
cancellation by 1 person in a double room before:
91 days prior to departure - refund 100%; 61
– 90 days – penalty of 20% (off the total trip cost, including the airfare);
31-60 days– penalty of 30%; 8-30 days – penalty of 60%;
7 days or less – penalty of 80%.
If
you buy your own airline ticket:
1. Trip
cancellation by 2 persons in a double room or 1 person in a single room before:
61 days prior to departure – refund 100%;
31-60 days – penalty of 10% (off the cost
of trip, excluding the airfare);
8-30 days – penalty of 30%; 7 days or less –
penalty of 50%.
3. Trip
cancellation by 1 person in a double room before:
61 days – refund 100%;
31-60 days– penalty of 15%; 8-30 days – penalty of 40%;
7 days or less – penalty of 60%.
